When fetching records, the fields can be left blank. A entry in either field will be used for a search of the records. Partial entries are allowed. The search is case sensitive. The oracle formatting applies only to fetching records and is used for the Oracle scripts in the Second Life virtual world.
When posting a new record, the fields are required. The full attribution and text must be provided.
